MAITS opportunity for Junior SLTs

Here are details of an opportunity with MAITS (Multi-Agency International Training and Support):

Good afternoon,

MAITS is looking for a SLT wanting to gain experience in international work, to join with a physiotherapist in labelling and cataloguing materials that have been developed by MAITS trainers over the past few years, along with other resources we have found that may be useful to trainers.

In exchange, MAITS will look for an overseas opportunity for you and award you a full grant of £500 to your trip (usually reserved for therapists with more than 4 years’ experience in their field, including some experience in low-resource settings).

You will need to dedicate 2-3 weekends to the job (which you will organise between yourselves) and will be reimbursed £5 per person for lunch on the days you meet.

We would like the job to completed by the end of November 2015.
